The creative harbor has total 15,000 square meters, and it has been divided into two periods of construction. The first period is 8,000 square meters office area. Cultivate “professional industrial design manager” is the biggest character of the college, which is established by Shenzhen People’ s Government, Yantian District People’ s Government, Shenzhen University and Sphinx.
