Sphinx president, general manager shake hands with settled enterprises’ representatives

Taicang LOFT industrial design estate, Taicang’s first creative industry project, is opened grandly today. This indicates that Taicang has grasped a “bar” to lift “made by Taicang” to “created by Taicang” in the context of the global financial crisis.

Jiangsu (Taicang) LOFT industrial design estate is built and operated by Shenzhen Sphinx Cultural Industry Investment Co., Ltd. It aims to establish a high class service platform for connecting industrial design and Yangtze River Delta’s manufactures and attract more international renowned industrial design enterprises, institutes and design masters to settle in. 

Taicang LOFT will take the geographical advantage of nearing Shanghai to greatly integrate international creative industry resources. With its “Sphinx Mode”, Sphinx will turn LOFT into an innovative design base for providing settled enterprises with added value service and outsourcing service. 

Industrial design is the basis for manufacturing transformation and upgrade. Taicang LOFT rebuilt from old factory can accommodate up to 35 design companies. So far there have been 28 enterprises settled in LOFT including several famous German design enterprises.
