In the morning of October 31 , the nine-people Ningbo government delegation led by Song Wei the minister of the Propaganda Department and the Standing Committee of  Ningbo Committee, and the seven-people Dalian government delegation led by acting District Governor of Yang Guangzhi visited “City of Design”. 

Accompanied by Wu Zhong, Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of the CPC Shenzhen Committee and officers from culture industry department, they carefully listened to the Sphinx representative’s introduction about "City of Design" project and discussed the business mode of creative industry. Meanwhile, officers from cultural industry department briefly introduced the work about Shenzhen culture industry development to Dalian government delegation, and then they exchange views on these issues.

At last, two delegations visited some excellent industrial design enterprises such as NEWPLAN, ARTOP, CITIC SIGN, etc.
