Zhan Xiaojun mentioned that “City of Design ” creative industrial estate was the first cultural industry park focusing on industry design and relying on resource integration of cultural creative industry, and also, it was the first domestic Pattern 2.0 comprehensive industry park. Relying on the advantage of Pattern 2.0 and breaking through the traditional  public service platform,  it has established solid market foundation for the operation and development of  “City of Design ”. Now, “City of Design” has become the largest creative cultural industry park with the max output value in the country. After eleven- year exploration and development, it creatively incubated Pattern 3.0 cooperative service. Cultural creative industry started to operate online based internet platform.
